Business discovery & user research
The discovery or research phase is one of the most important part of the UX process, and key element of creating a user-centered design, that serves our customers to achieve
outstanding results. Research can be the most varied between projects, it is hard to find 2 projects where the same research would be needed. It depends of the project’s complexity
which research and analysis activities we use. Complex projects will consist of significant user and competitor research activities, informer interviews, surveys, content audit,
user interviews, heuristic analysis, etc.
"By these activities our main goal is to define the ‘design problem’ we are trying to solve"
By these activities our main goal is to define the ‘design problem’ we are trying to solve, where we are discovering your company’s needs, the environment your company is in, the
business objectives, the contexts of product use, and adjust them to meet your business goals. User research is the key to uncover your user’s’ needs and make sure that, your
product will work well in the real world with real users and meet your business goals.
Validating your idea(s)
Validating an idea is necessary, to ensure that your product is delivering significant value to fulfil a major problem/need. We can validate your Product Ideas Through Lean User
Research. It is significant to identify any major problems and uncertainties with your idea as early as possible.
We are applying different research, observation and prototyping methods to get these feedback. Using design thinking methods is a great way to validate ideas quickly, and early in
product development to eliminate risks and make sure the product is valuable for your target users. We usually run design sprints because it is the quickest way to answer critical
business questions through design, prototyping, and usability testing (prototype user testing) ideas with customers.
"It is about how we can find the best solution to a problem the fastest way"
The purpose of our design thinking method is to get the right answer for the problem that is to resolve while involving everyone’s suggestions. It is about how we can find the best
solution to a problem the fastest way so that we involve the entire team utilising its full potential, which reflects on their diverse viewpoints and empowers them to validate this
solution with the target group as quick as possible.
Information Architecture Planning
The core of the visual elements we create and their functionality are created according to the information architecture principles. Content is the most important aspect of a
product, with content inventory we structure your shared information, categorise and order the content elements of your product so that your users feel easy and fun to complete the
tasks your product is created for. For this we use Content Frame planning, and involve our partners.
"Focus is on the structure of information first, and the design of the actual user interface second"
Our methods for information architecture planning are the following ones: research, testing, analysis, card shorting, tree testing, affinity diagram planning ing, user stories and
user flows
Product strategy
What is the ultimate goal why your product exists? What problem are you trying to solve? Are you sure you solve the right ones? What are the values, milestones, business or
technological dependencies to achieve these goals? These are the main questions that need to be answered by creating a core product strategy, to be able to set up product
principles so you can make the right decisions through your product life cycle.
"Have a clear vision, a strategy about your product"
With a good product strategy you will be able to make the right decisions, because you have a clear vision, a strategy about your product. Together we can define clear goals,
milestones that you would like to reach, and define what values does they provide for your target customer, and envision them as experience outcomes.
Telling your story with branding
Before you start telling stories, you have to know what story to tell. That is why the research and planning steps are necessary. We think holistically from a planning perspective,
and then look for the alchemy that best helps you capture and achieve your goals. After the research, brainstorming and prototyping phases we start to work on your product branding
and visual design. Our aim is to create a recognisable visual expression to enforce your brand. We are not thinking in just logos and colours, we create a complex design system
solution for your company, that covers all the aspects of your company’s online and offline presence and will stand out on your market.
"Emphasise the visual communication and customer experience is the central part of storytelling"
We create unique hand drawn design, that lasts. We have the tools to emphasise the visual communication and customer experience that is the central part of your brand’s
storytelling. We translate your product points into modern visuals that are compelling narratives of how your product can change people’s lives. There are several reports about how
storytelling in digital properties can increase the price that buyers will pay to buy or use your product.
Unique visual design & identity
We create user-centered, functional design, that is unique, and not only meets business goals, but are remarkable fun, creates engagement and are easy to use. Every touch point of
your brand needs to maintain consistency across every channel and medium, so we are thinking about your identity as a whole, because visual cohesiveness of your brand is vital for
your brand’s success.
"User-centered, functional design, that is unique, and not only meets business goals"
"Doing the right research is understanding all the aspects of the problem you need to solve - if you want to make the right design decisions. It will deliver real value in your
projects, with an outcome, that lasts long."
